Rosemary Essential Oil is a must-have in my collection - perfect for invigorating the senses and soothing tired muscles. It’s both a mental and physical stimulant, ideal for when you need a natural pick-me-up.
Here are a few of my favourite ways to use it:
- For a Common Cold: When your sinuses are blocked, try massaging this blend on your chest, neck, and face. Mix one drop of Lemon, two drops of Eucalyptus, and three drops of Rosemary into a teaspoon of vegetable oil.
- For Poor Circulation: To stimulate circulation, blend one drop each of Rosemary, Hyssop, and Bergamot with a teaspoon of vegetable oil. Add this to a warm bath or massage it into your skin 2-3 times a week.
10 ml - Handcrafted in our Norfolk micro-perfumery. Natural. Vegan. Never tested on animals.
