In creating this blend, I’ve used a few of my favourites:
- Basil oil: The complex oils help stimulate both body and mind while improving mental clarity.
- Bergamot oil: With its sweet citrus blend of a-Pinene and Limonene, it has a wonderfully uplifting effect on the senses.
- Lavender oil: Best known for its calming effect on the mind, Lavender helps to reduce nervousness and centre the body.
