Your balance will deteriorate as you get older naturally & having good balance is a powerful predictor of how long and how healthily you will live - crazy right?!
So, why not incorporate a few moments of standing on one leg into your day? Whether while brushing your teeth or waiting for your coffee to brew, every little bit counts! Me & the children always try to do this for 10 seconds every morning.
