When it comes to packing for a holiday, there are a few essentials I never leave behind, especially when I want to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I’ve curated a list of must-have products that not only enhance my travels but also align with my commitment to natural living (even when I’m away!)
Here’s what I always take away with me…
1. Pillow Mist
A good night’s sleep is crucial, especially when you’re away from home. I never travel without my Pillow Mist. A few spritzes of our deepest sleep pillow mist on my pillow creates a calming atmosphere, helping me unwind after a long day of exploring. The soothing blend of essential oils promotes restful sleep, ensuring I wake up refreshed and ready for new adventures.
2. Everyday Oil
Versatility is key when travelling, and our Everyday Oil is the perfect companion. This multi-use oil can be applied to the skin for hydration, used as a massage oil, or even added to a warm bath for a spa-like experience. Its natural ingredients keep my skin nourished and glowing, no matter the climate. (It’s perfect for the whole family too!)
3. Pulse Point Oil
Travel can be stressful (especially with children ) , and I always keep a Pulse Point Oil on hand to help manage those moments. Whether I’m feeling anxious before a flight or need a little pick-me-up during a busy day, a quick application on my pulse points provides instant relief. The calming scents help ground me and keep me centered, making it easier to enjoy my holiday.
4. Essential Oils for the Heat
When travelling to warmer destinations, I rely on specific essential oils to keep cool and comfortable. I never forget my Lavender essential oil as this is great for healing sunburn naturally! (it’s also a great natural repellent for mosquitoes!)

5. 10ml Eau de parfum
